A simple, effective stand for a 3m-wide space is a wall banner across the back, a table with a branded cloth at the front and one pull-up banner at the open side. Add flags if the venue allows extra height. Each piece can be reused for future shows.
Using the filters
Narrow the list with the filters at the top of the category:
- Size – standard backdrop and table sizes; check your stand dimensions with the organiser.
- Material – fabric and PVC display materials on aluminium frames.
- Finish – dye-sublimated fabric or printed PVC; fitted or throw-style table cloths.
- Turnaround – Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less), Standard (about 3 working days, listed price), Express (next working day, +20%) or Same-day where eligible (+30%, ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 Monday to Friday).
Planning your stand
Start with the organiser's stand size and rules, then plan the back wall, a table or counter and one or two pull-up banners. Keep your main message high and simple, and use the same colours across every piece. Avoid event dates on reusable displays. Order early: Economy and Standard lead times are cheaper than Express, and quoted items need time to produce.
Ordering from this category
Add items to your cart, upload print-ready artwork (see artwork guidelines) and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; R5,000 and more need a 65% deposit. Collect from our Rivonia shop or have delivery arranged and quoted. Need something not listed?
