Collection is from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, Cnr Rivonia Blvd & 9th Ave, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128 (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- We let you know when your order is ready.
- Bring your order number or name when you collect.
- Large items such as boards, gazebos and wall banners can be bulky, so plan a suitable vehicle.
- If someone else is collecting for you, let us know who.

Delivery
Delivery is arranged and quoted per order, because cost depends on where it is going and the size and weight of what is being sent. A box of business cards and a set of chromadek boards are very different parcels. Ask for delivery when you order or request a quote and we will include the cost.
We deliver to customers across Johannesburg and surrounds, including Sandton, Midrand, the East and West Rand, and Pretoria. Every address outside Rivonia is a service area, not a branch.
To keep delivery costs down, combine items into one order where you can, for example the sign, the safety signs and the pull-up banner for a new shop. If you are near Rivonia, collecting is usually the quickest and cheapest option.
Installation
Shopfront signs, 3D letters, light boxes, pylons, wall graphics, window graphics, vehicle wraps and building wraps usually need fitting. Installation is quoted separately, after we know the site, access, height and surface. See sign installation and how installation works.
Production time vs delivery time
Lead times shown on stock products (Economy, Standard, Express, Same-day) are production times, counted in working days once payment and print-ready artwork are in. Delivery time is added on top. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us so we can plan production and delivery together. More on turnaround and cutoffs.
