- A6 – compact handouts and vouchers.
- DL – the slim, one-third-of-A4 shape, popular for menus, price lists and letterbox drops.
- A5 – the all-round flyer size with room for images and detail.
- A4 – full-page flyers, notices and price lists.
- A3 – small posters and large notices.
Choose colour or black and white, and single or double-sided. Prices show online in the marketing print category.
Black and white flyers are an economical choice for notices, price lists and community information, while colour flyers suit promotions, menus and anything with photos. Double-sided printing gives you space for a map, menu or terms on the back without needing a bigger sheet.
Lead times
Flyers are paper print and eligible for same-day production:
- Economy – about 5 working days, 10% less than the listed price.
- Standard – about 3 working days at the listed price.
- Express – next working day, plus 20%.
- Same-day – eligible items only (such as banners and paper print), ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 Monday to Friday, plus 30%. It is priced high on purpose, so planning a few days ahead saves you money.
Writing a flyer that works
- Lead with the benefit – what is in it for the reader?
- One clear offer – a special, an event or a service, not everything you do.
- Make it easy to respond – phone, WhatsApp, address or QR code.
- Add a deadline to promotions to encourage action.
- Proofread names, prices and numbers before approving.
Artwork and distribution
Set up files at the correct size with bleed, and keep text inside the safe margin. See artwork guidelines. For events, flyers pair well with pull-up banners and business cards. If you are planning a letterbox drop, check estate and complex rules first, as many residential estates do not allow flyers.
Pay online by card through Yoco, or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production starts; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit.
