Ordering and pricing
Can I order online?
Yes. Stock products, including safety signs from the catalogue, banners, pull-up banners, table cloths and business print, can be ordered in the shop at the price shown.
What needs a quote?
Custom signage, installation, vehicle wraps, building wraps, large gazebo builds and some display items. A site visit for measurements may be needed. Request a quote here.
Can you give me some example prices?
Pull-up banners are R1,450 (budget) and R1,850 (executive). A 3m x 2250mm wall banner is R5,800. Table cloths are R1,850 (2700 x 1400mm) and R2,450 (2700 x 2000mm). 500 business cards on 350gsm are R790 single-sided or R890 double-sided.
Do you sell ready-made safety signs?
Yes. A large catalogue of fire equipment, mandatory, prohibition, warning and danger signs can be ordered online in materials such as chromadek, ABS, aluminium and photoluminescent where offered. See safety signs.
Will anything I order online be held up?
Online products are made to order once payment and artwork are in. If there is ever an issue with a material or size, the team contacts you directly about the order.
Payment
How do I pay?
By card online through Yoco, or by EFT.
Do I pay up front?
Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production. Orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit.
Turnaround
How long does it take?
Stock products: Economy about 5 working days (10% less), Standard about 3 working days (listed price), Express next working day (+20%), and Same-day on eligible items (+30%) when ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday. Custom timelines are confirmed on the quote. See turnaround and cutoffs.
Artwork
What files should I send?
PDF or vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred. High-resolution images work for photographic prints. Cut and routed signs need vector artwork. See artwork guidelines.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Ask about sign design when you order or request a quote.
Collection, delivery and installation
Where do I collect?
From Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, Cnr Rivonia Blvd & 9th Ave, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128 (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. It is our only premises.
Do you deliver and install?
Delivery is arranged and quoted. Installation is quoted separately once we know the site. See delivery and collection and sign installation.
Do I need permission for my sign?
Larger external signs may need approval under local municipal outdoor advertising bylaws, and landlords or centre management often have their own rules. Check before ordering; our guide on signage approvals explains what to ask.
